My day job is incident response. When a network gets breached, I get called in to figure out what happened, how bad it is, and how to stop it spreading. It’s methodical work — follow the threads, cut the noise, get to what actually matters.

Outside of that, I’m a husband and dad of three young kids, and I run two small companies on nights and weekends. One of them is SaveSet.

For a while I trained for HYROX. These days it’s just strength and conditioning, four or five times a week, whenever I can carve out the time — which, with a full-time job, a family, and a couple of businesses, is never as much as I’d like. But the habit that never left is spotting a workout somewhere — a gym whiteboard, a screenshot, someone’s Instagram post — and wanting to save it.

That part was always more annoying than it should’ve been. Screenshot it, retype it by hand, guess what “3x12 @ 65% 1RM” means in whatever app’s rigid data fields, get it wrong, start over. Generic fitness apps assume you’re generating structured data from scratch. Most people don’t train that way — they find workouts in the wild and want to run them.

So I built SaveSet. Point it at a whiteboard photo, a screenshot, a post — it reads the workout and turns it into something structured and trackable. AI handles the parsing, OCR handles the text, you get a clean record without retyping anything.

I’m not a trainer and I don’t have a program to sell you. I’m someone who’s short on time like everyone else, got tired of losing workouts to friction, and had enough of a systems background to fix it. If that’s you too, SaveSet’s for you.

Download SaveSet on the App Store and try it on the next workout you want to save.
